Jeremy Lane

General Manager, Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer

Jeremy Lane serves as the General Manager at Christian Family Funeral, bringing over two decades of experience and heartfelt dedication to every family he meets. A licensed funeral director and embalmer since 1998, Jeremy has guided countless families with compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Jeremy has been part of the Family-Funeral and Cremation and Christian Family Funeral teams for the past five years. During that time, he has earned a reputation not only for his leadership but also for his genuine care and steady presence during life’s most difficult moments. He approaches each family’s needs with empathy, treating every loved one with the dignity and respect they deserve.

As General Manager, Jeremy leads with both experience and heart—ensuring that every service is thoughtfully arranged and every family is met with the highest standard of care.

Outside of his professional life, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, Renee, their children, and his grandson. Family is the cornerstone of his life and a source of inspiration for the work he does each day. An outdoorsman at heart, Jeremy loves to hunt, fish, paddleboard, and relax at the beach whenever he can.

Jeremy’s deep commitment to serving others, paired with his years of experience and approachable nature, continues to make a lasting impact at Christian Family Funeral and in the lives of the families he so faithfully serves.

Jeff Parker

Crematory Manager

Jeff Parker has been a dedicated member of our team since the opening of Christian Family Funeral, where he serves as Crematory Manager. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Jeff holds an Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science and brings extensive experience to his role, ensuring every family receives the highest level of care.

Before joining our team, Jeff owned and operated his own Removal and Recovery Service, later selling the business to Family-Funeral & Cremation. His leadership and attention to detail have been invaluable assets ever since.

Outside of work, Jeff is actively involved in the community, sharing his musical talents at Hurst AME Church and Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church. He enjoys the outdoors, listening to music, and spending quality time with his wife, Angela, and their loved ones.

Tracy D. Banks

Office Administrator

Tracy D. Banks began her journey with our team in 2016 as a removal specialist on the care team. When Christian Family Funeral opened in 2018, she transitioned into the role of funeral attendant and has since taken on the vital position of office administrator. In this role, she wears many hats—managing phone calls, coordinating logistics, and providing compassionate support to the families we serve.

Known for her warmth, energy, and commitment, Tracy brings heart to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in community events, and volunteering. Her many hobbies include cooking, dancing, traveling, singing, decorating, and bowling.

Tracy lives by the motto: “It takes hard work, perseverance, learning to sacrifice, and most of all, working together to succeed in life. Give much, even if you’ve been given very little.”

Regina Butler

Funeral Attendant & Cosmetology Specialist

Regina Butler has been part of the Christian Family Funeral team since 2013, beginning her career as a removal specialist on our care team. A lifelong resident of Pensacola, Florida, Regina’s dedication and compassion have made her an invaluable member of our staff.

When Christian Family Funeral opened its doors in 2018, Regina expanded her role to serve as a funeral attendant while also bringing her skills as a hairdresser and cosmetology specialist to families in our care. Known for her kind spirit and attention to detail, she plays a vital role in creating peaceful, dignified final viewings for loved ones.

Regina is an active member of Heirs of the Kingdom church in Pensacola and proudly serves with the “My Brothers and My Sisters” organization. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, supporting youth sports like softball and basketball, and spending time with the elderly—something she considers both a calling and a joy.

Rev. Robert Lewis

Funeral Assistant

Rev. Robert Lewis has been a valued member of the Christian Family Funeral team since January 2021. With more than 25 years of experience in funeral service, he plays a vital role in assisting families and supporting daily operations with compassion and care.

In addition to his work in funeral service, Rev. Lewis is the longtime Pastor of Emanuel Baptist Church in Pensacola, where he has faithfully served for over 27 years. His dedication to ministry and community is at the heart of everything he does.

Outside of work, Rev. Lewis cherishes time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and is an avid golfer.
