Mattie Rose Peterson, 83, of Stanton, Kentucky passed away on Thursday August 4, 2022.
Mattie Rose Peterson, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother went to be with her Lord on August 4, 2022, in Pensacola, Florida, at age 83.
Rose, born January 11, 1939, was born in Stanton, Kentucky to Edna (Huff) and Lawrance Castle. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Peterson and grandson, Stephen Michaud.
She is survived by her two daughters Robin Tapley and Kimberley Becker, and three sons Tony Larsen, Dana Larsen, and Sean Peterson, thirteen grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Baptist Hospital Sinu and Covenant Care Hospice for their love and kindness. A memorial and celebration of life will be held at a future date.
