Stephen Walter Thomas

Stephen W. Thomas, at the age of 64, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away November 26, 2025, to be with his Lord in eternal peace. He was born in Portland, Oregon, on September 20, 1961, the eldest son to Captain James Thomas and Dianne Thomas. 

Stephen was a proud retired veteran of the United States Navy, serving for 20 years. Stephen cherished his time in the military and the memories he built serving his country and  traveling the world with his sons. 

Stephen is survived by his loving wife Deborah Thomas; his two sons, Robert Thomas and Jonathan Thomas; his siblings, Pamela Kozak, Margie Morgan, Michael Thomas and Jessie London, along with many other family and friends that will sadly miss him. 

Funeral services will be held on January 12, 2026 with a procession forming at 10:00 am from Olive Baptist Church - Warrington Campus, 103 West Winthrop Avenue, Pensacola, Florida to Barrancas National Cemetery at the Naval Air Station.
